Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By offering hardware resources (server/datacenter) in the Coffee Pie® ecosystem, you as the provider accept these terms and conditions.

2. Description of B2B2C Services

Our exclusive, patented QFDM system enables demand quantization, dynamic allocation of computing resources, virtual machine instantiation, and real-time streaming to codec terminals, providing an abstraction layer for end-user ease of use, without requiring technical knowledge nor the purchase of a classic "stand-alone" computer.

3. Registration and Cloud Provider Account
To access the Platform as a Cloud Provider, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords. In your account, you will find the interface to add the static IP addresses of the Nodes you wish to make available to our users. Your services will be paid according to the Cloud Provider Payment and Incentives Program. Be aware that to perform preventive maintenance you must activate the scheduled maintenance flag and the date with at least one month in advance, otherwise it will be taken as "Node Down" and the service won't be paid for the entire month.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services legally and ethically, respecting intellectual property rights, and avoiding activities that may harm or disrupt the operation of the ecosystem or violate the law in general.
