Shipping Policy

Tender documents do not implicitly include shipping costs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Customer is responsible for removing the products from Coffee Pie®'s premises, unless the transportation of the goods was agreed upon on the face of the document, in which case the method of packaging and shipping the Products will be at Coffee Pie®'s discretion. Under no circumstances may the Customer require Coffee Pie® to dispatch Products or perform Services during other than computing during the rest periods established by law and in relation to the internal work regulations of Coffee Pie®.

1. Shipping Methods
Commanders™ and other accessories are shipped via registered mail. Shipping costs vary depending on the location and weight of the package and are the customer's responsibility.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 15 business days for domestic shipments and 30 business days for international shipments. These times may vary depending on location and external conditions.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries at war or with serious security concerns. If you have questions about the availability of shipping to your location, please contact us.

You can also request the Terminal Codec from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and purchase only the modules and accessories you want from various retailers, but make sure they are compatible with the Coffee Pie® Ecosystem.
