Return and Refund Policy

As a refund an environmental policy, which is our reason for being, we will refund you between 10% and 90% of the pre-tax deposit on each codec terminal on loan you return, based on its condition and wear, considering a 5% monthly asset depreciation.

1. Refund Conditions
We accept 100% refunds within the first 30 days of request if the product is defective or does not meet the specifications described.

2. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact us at atencionalcliente@coffeepie.org, providing details of the order and the reason for the refund.

3. Exclusions
Refunds are not accepted if there is damage caused by misuse or loss of the product. In such case the equivalent to 36 months lease will be charged and an electronic invoice plus applicable taxes will be issued.

Remember that you can always buy in our store or in third-party stores the parts and spares so that your terminals continue to operate, such as optomechanical switches, personalized keys, peripherals, display devices, etc, or you can return them when you no longer need them so that someone else can use them and they don't end up in the trash, remember that caring for the environment is everyone's responsibility ♻
