Product Info

The exclusive and patented Commander™ (4K@60hz), is a Modular Codec Terminal of the A Series based on ARM Architecture, which is manufactured from raw materials up to 97% recycled and 97% recyclable, in appearance it is similar to a traditional keyboard, but it has a series of ports that allow you to control peripherals and the connection to the Coffee Pie® computing service, in the same way that a television company decoder allows the reception of its signal, but in this case, applied to the field of computing, since through the MAN / WAN Network the signals are sent and received, preferably through satellite internet or optical fiber for the minimum latency and the maximum possible fluidity of the service, so that it seems that you are using a classic tower or laptop computer, however, all the bulk of the computing hardware is in the "cloud", that is, on our Servers. This way, you won't have to purchase new equipment every 2 or 3 years, nor worry about hardware administration and management, preventative and corrective maintenance, overheating, high noise or the final disposal of solid waste. You can simply focus on enjoying the service, consuming content, or creating wonderful projects from wherever you are (*requires a stable internet connection, not included in the Coffee Pie® service).

Compatible with 84 individually hot-swappable optical switches and keys, space for 2 flat modules and 9 expansion cards compatible with the Open Source Framework™ standard.

Optionally, a removable battery can be installed with capacity for supra-modules such as palm rests, touchpads, and solar panels, which will also be available for reservation in the medium and long term, in addition to the classic AAA cells rechargeable and up to 97% recyclable.

*Not for sale, only available for rent or loan.

**Batteries, modules, expansion cards, accessories and peripherals are reserved separately.
